Where is the school?
Nowhere and everywhere. We teach entirely online, so a student joins from wherever they are. There is no campus to travel to and no visa to arrange.
Who can study here, adults or children?
Both, in separate courses. Adults and children learn differently and are taught differently here, so nobody sits in the wrong room.
What do I need to join a lesson?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and an internet connection good enough for video. Nothing to buy and nothing to install beyond the free app we point you to.
How good is my English? How do I find out?
Take the free level test. It takes about fifteen minutes, there is no card and no account, and the result comes back by email. It tells you which course fits.
When are the classes?
Class times and start dates: classes run five days a week, and the first course opens on 15 August 2026. We run more than one time so a working adult and a school age child are not forced into the same hour.
How long is a lesson?
Sixty minutes. That is one guided learning hour, the unit language qualifications are measured in, so an hour with us counts as an hour towards your level.
How many students are in a class?
Between 9 and 20. Twenty is the ceiling, so every student still speaks in every lesson. Nine is the floor, because a language class with four people in it is a private lesson at a group price, and we will not run one.
What if my level does not have enough students yet?
Then it does not start yet, and we tell you. You are not charged until your class starts. If waiting does not suit you, say so and we will either find you a place in the level next to yours or return anything you have paid.
Which fee do I pay?
Your free level test decides your course, and your course decides your fee. A1 to B1 is $25 a month, B2 to C1 is $30, and Business and IELTS are $30. You pay one fee: if you study a language course and Business or IELTS together, you pay the higher of the two, not both.
Will I finish a whole CEFR level in one course?
Honestly, no, and be careful of anyone who promises you will. A CEFR level is roughly 200 hours of taught time, so it takes most people more than one course. What a course does is take you a measured step, and your progress report tells you where you are rather than leaving you to guess.
Are lessons recorded?
Yes, so you can watch a lesson again if you missed it or want to hear something twice. For a child, a parent signs a consent form first, and the parent can say no without the child losing their place in the class.
What does it cost?
The fees page lists every plan and what is in it. There are no joining fees and no hidden charges.
What if I need to stop, or want my money back?
The refund and cancellation policy says exactly when money comes back and when it does not. It is written in plain sentences, not in fog.
Something is wrong. Who do I tell?
Write to us and say what happened. The complaints procedure tells you who reads it, how long we take, and what to do if our answer does not satisfy you.
How do I know my child is safe here?
Read the safeguarding policy. It names who is responsible, sets the rules every teacher agrees to before teaching, and states what happens the moment anyone raises a concern.
Can I pay in instalments?
We will do our best to work with you. Ask admissions and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
